Can someone banned from inappropriate behavior be unbanned ?
 
Remember, he loves asking to be banned and then unbanned.
ProxyGo pulled a similar prank.

Lifter did not seem like the type to be so inappropriate.

They can get unbanned but they need to ask for it and they should have not been banned previously...
I think a mod can confirm or deny!
 
Everyone get 3 chances before ban and If you break any rules more then 3 times then you are rule and Breaker and you deserve ban simple as that @BassTrackerBoats is I am Correct,??
