How do i monetize a 10K Instagram account?

I have a +10K Instagram account with real followers, and i find it a little bit difficult to monetize it without going against Instagram´s rules, since the niche is about Thick models, no nudity are involved of course.
Do you have any ideas?

I don't think you can do much with 10k followers.

You can try sending traffic to a telegram channel and monetize there with a dating offer.

That niche is a bit tough in regards to comply with Instagrams rules. Shoutouts/sponsored posts is always a thing you can sell. You could also try setting up a website that still complies wtih the rules and send traffic to that one.
I don't know the specifics of your account and it's followers but something like workout/diet//body positivity/health could work. If your followers are mostly men just looking at hot pictures, try pushing some sort of male products. I have recently seen ads for manscaping and beard oil on Instagram.

If you have a niche that is good for something like a digital product, try to make one and sell it.
You can now use links to get people off of Instagram in your story.

Hello! As far as I understand, you have mostly fat people subscribing? if yes, then you can find a person who has his own weight loss course and cooperate with him and do his own training for your audience. You provide the audience and he provides his expertise in training.
