Yep its a must, but people do send fake address ... and i dont recommend you to go that route!

Did it once with 10 .co.uk domains for PBNs and lost all of them. Never go this route!

And about OP, had you found any solutions? I want to register a foreign TLD domain for an authority business I am going to do but I am not from EU...

UK TLDs need citizenship it seems and they verify real or fake ownership somehow.

I got a quick a few from Wedos during last year free .eu during Christmas
I used a fake address, they are still active.
These are burners for me tho, if I do lose them I'll just replace them.

I heard Godaddy got representative service which can help you register those ccTLD domains, but no idea if its working or not...

It seems I did some obvious mistake while putting the persona details.

The domain can surely be transfered after a certain period of time.
