To be honest , I will never run after low margin CPA offers if I am investing my time and effort.
Now to your question, I will chose to run ads to capture lead in facebook inbox showing ads to highly targeted location, internet and demography.
Boosting post is better when you have strong presence over facebook and highly engaging post, otherwise website .
