You build muscle by first tearing them apart.. You become mentally and physically stronger by going through $hit... You become Smarter by completely Failing and learning from mistakes!

Yet..99% of people are afraid to Provide or accept any Negative Feedback. In a rare case someone actually gets the courage, they are hushed as it's not polite.
If you send negative feedback to someone, instead of learning from it, they get offended.

Failure and negative feedback is 10x more powerful tool than positive feedback, yet everyone is afraid of it.

A lot of people are the way too sensitive a lot of adults now are more sensitive than the average high school kid is for why to your question

Exactly what I wanted to comment
Agreed average person now if you say anything like this will get super offended for example "you are fat" will say back something like" you fat shamed me say sorry"

Can you explain again I didn't understand?

Adults are now more sensitive than school kids ? :D

Is it even possible in terms of evolution? :D

In normal society when you go to school trade insults with other people that's how normal things work such as you great people by saying in Glasgow like this"Alright Ball bag?" or another semi rude greetings include"Alright wanker?" "hows the dickhead today?" For average man or woman now in the West that makes them cry or report you for bulling them that is how kid in high school or younger act for no naturally to handle light batter or insults.

For example someone posted today about why so many people are being rude here that is like how a child acts not a real adult so that guy man more sensitive than school kid by a large amount.

When I was in primary school you would great other boys with these sort of comments" hi fuckface" or other things it was not meant to make someone cry or refuse to leave the adult room it was just banter or jokes at worse

For example I greet most other males like this in real life "hows the wanker today" they would reply back to me"hows ugly today?"

For a normal adult, this is how to greet them but for an oversensitive person this is like the ultimate rude thing to say to one which if someone gets offended or nearly cry over that sort of thing that means they have mature level at best 15 year .
