Which is the best pc game - storyline style played ?

I m not much into these categories, Was playing MMO last week, eventually got bored.
Any recommendations?

World of Warcraft. People really get sucked into that game.

Ghost of tsushima - i shed a tear half way through the game
when a horse died. it was gut wrenching. a screen shot i took while resting
and its open world. 30-40hrs at least.

@IamNRE the last of us part 1 is a classic.

the last of us part 2 was so woke, they destroyed Joel.
thankfully i waited on reviews then skipped part 2. naughtydog went with identity
politics and destroyed a franchise, it got so bad, in Germany they where giving
away the last of us part 2 free with any ps4 controller bought. once news broke
the game was woke, sales tanked. no way Joel would have gotten clubbed to death

currently playing deus ex mankind divided on ps4 pro, i bought it for
1GBP on ebay - BARGAIN. ive just got back from Gollem slums and
im robbing the palisade bank as we speak

He asked for story games and you suggest the most grindy non-story game ever made. I wouldn't play it if I'd get paid for it.

I second Red Dead Redemption 2. I don't play a lot of games, but that one is quite addictive.

I recommend dwarf fortress its not a story line game and you will hate it until you learn how to play but its something similar since you can play as an adventurer and make your own story.
