How long are you paxum user?
Did you contact support in regard to this? What was their answer?

M using it from the last 2years . I knew that it takes some time. But this time it took 3 weeks and still the money didn't credited.

I am using them for about 3 years.
Problems:
Cards won't last long. Last card provider blocked cards couple of months ago. Now users are sitting without cards - no possibility to withdraw.
You have possibility to withdraw by EFT or WIRE, but not all banking institutions are working with them. If withdrawal failing - fees for it are not returned.

They ignored my tickets for a very long time, I lost my temper and I used some cursed words in ticket, Support got offended and said I have broken their terms of use, abusing support team is not tolerated and blah blah.. .and they suspended my access to account. I send several emails afterward, I only got one response that the only option is taking legal action.

Doing that would have cost me much more than $5000 and I was not even sure If I could win lol.

I know they are not perfect but I withdraw many thousands from paxum and never had any problem, only long time to process and receive the money, you can check the balance you receive and can easily say where the mistake was, I had no problems and using them since 2017...

You can find a way to resolve this I am sure, they are not scammers and provide a decent service for adult stuff.

Chaturbate are affiliate with them for a long time, if they were scammers they would not be working with them and risk losing all the girls by recommending them.

I don't think they can suspend account with no reason for legal income of money.

Funding source was my income from different affiliate networks.
Suddenly They had issues sending funds to my bank, For whatever reason their bank keep rejecting the payments. I had to ask them to get me a swift payment confirmation with a hefty fee and every single time it was their bank fault. Their support process is too slow to handle these things so you should expect a reply every 1-2 week. I got fed up and angry at support in tickets and the they found an excuse to close my account.

They are not a bank, They can do anything they like.
