Best Affiliate Network to Use?

Hi, I have decided to step up sales for my full service agency and decided that AM was the way to go. I can offer generous commissions and was wondering which AM is the best to use? I wanted to try CJ but they are demanding a $3,500 deposit.

I’ve found a network called Grow by TradeDoubler. They are giving me 30 days free but I just can’t get their code to work on my site.
