- The topic was related to investment in real estate in a completely foreign country to which I'm sure was a bit difficult. But he clearly have done some research before writing the content.

- The article was layed out nicely to around 7 headings and paragraphs.

- The article was unique and I dont think I noticed any grammar errors.
