Unfortunately trials creates extensive support for nothing and users mostly has less intent t buy so in the end it is waste of time.
IF you see a feature you are interested and is present then you can purchase the program as it is meant to work else you will be refunded no questions asked.

Added more column in Profile Details Scraper
Story Viewers / Stories scraping feature will be added in next version.
 
hallo I am interested in your software and would like to know if it is possible to scrape likers of post (list) with user information such as followers/following/has profile picture/etc and export to csv or other spreadsheet format

You can scrape likers separately and the profile details separately.
It would have been possible to scrape those real time but due to IG restriction separated scraping is safe and suggested.
