i have a VERY WEIRD issue with my CPANEL! HELP!

PLEASE someone help me with this. I know you guys are smart. This happened in the past like one or two times maybe, but it happened again today. I have a website at namecheap and i use cpanel builder to make it manually,i don't do coding. When i opened my website today,it was not there. Instead of my website,there was a weird baby blue color screen,pretty clean,and it had a bit of text in it. The text was about puchasing the domains/hosting from other companies,not the cpanel or namecheap. I've tried my phone and 3 different web browser on my PC,it was the same. So i have no caching problems with my browsers. To fix this stupid problem,i went to my cpanel site builder and just saved the settings (publish). Everything is working normally again,but this issue is pain in the ass. Because it can happen again and ruin the traffic i am getting from my paid ads. What the HELL if going on here??
