Is CPA illegal?

Just curious. What are the legal implications of impersonating a business, promising a service in their name and then not delivering the expected service to a large number of people? Also, did someone got arrested for it?

Email submit is not illegal as most time they state it in thier TOS or privacy policy that there is a "chance" for you to get what the offer gives or it's not bound by legal tender or something like that

As for the "promising" part, why not give what people are looking for?

It doesn't take too much time to take a search and "create" a win-win situation.

Yeah, forgot to mention that part with free coins, generators, etc, there are some that work but mostly, it's fake it till you make it

Experienced/Legit CPA Marketers typically use the word 'CHANCE' as in Get A Chance for this or that

Thus, you are not promising anyone anything and in fact they have to be lucky to be winners

If Walmart finds out who you are they'll sue and win, because its not legal.

You are probably right, but that corporation, Walmart for exemple, would need to have the ambition to pursue someone, pay lawyers and so on. IMO the worst they can do it's to send a DMCA notice.

Oh people do get targeted and hit with big fines and jail time. I remember back in the day some lads were making bank promoting Acia Berry and other shit using Dr. Oz and Oprah and other celebrities as the face of their brands..... they got hit hard with fines and jail time. Though they were the big fish .... I reckon many smaller fish got away with it.

So basically if you don't attract too much attention you will probably get away with it.

But its a bad long term strategy / business plan. Get in, get out and invest into a honest/legit business.

It's intresting how police doesn't really target CPA networks as they do nothing wrong, but the individuals who promote CPA offers using fraudulent means.
