Ok, once again I am action blocked for a week. I was unfollowing about 30-35 a day to clear out some following and got hit with the block. Everything manual

I was going unfollowing 5 a hour with 60sec breaks in between.

only other actions were like about 65 hour

any suggestions?

Every account has a trust score. The account you are using might have low trust score and tha might be one of the reason why you get blocks on 30 unfollows.

Got it. Next week when it’s lifted can I go to 20? Also why am I able to still unfollow but only blocked from following and liking. It makes zero sense

I know the block is from unfollow

you need to reset your device data, since Instagram records all the data of your accounts and your behavior. You need a clean device to use Instagram without blocking.

Dont know the limit but i have done 60 - 75 unfollows every 3 to 4 hours without any problem

There's no one hard limit for all accounts. We have had aged active accounts going at 100 unfollows per day with no issue but some newer accounts gets stuck at even 10 unfollows every hour.

Depends on several factors since the account history, activity, IPs, posts, authority and so on.
To figure out, I would say start slow and stay under the radar gradually increasing the numbers over a few days/weeks.

Six months ago, I unsubscribed from people, and I was given a limit of about 100 pcs

How many actions did you do all combined with that account in an hour? There's something where you went wrong or else usually IG doesn't do that,Or maybe you made some pattern somewhere!

that is not at all the Limit for any account even for the completely new account .

You might have done something wrong . If you are using automation it must have created a pattern which made your account suspicious .
