How to make old video unique?

My channel suspended.
I convert the video to 720P then again make it 4K then upload on another channel with same title, description, thumb, but again after it rank , the channel suspended.
BH cpa niche.
So how can I avoid channel suspension and make the old video unique?

To make video unique it is not enough to change bitrate, resolution etc.
You need to add some hard effects on it.
What effects and how much will need - nothing knows.
You should experiment.

I did not tested so don't know.
Screen recording in my opinion will not pass.
But filming screen with camera can pass.

You should buy tons of cheap YT accounts, use good proxies and do tests.

You said it is blackhat maybe that's the reason? Check your mail from Google to see what they wrote. I suppose you're getting manually reported for bullshiting people.

Cut some part of the screen capture. Cut some part of the video on start, the end and in the middle. Add different intro, add some media in video such as subscribe button, logo. Add quiet background music etc.

I think we have to use new video every time to keep our channel safe

That is never going to help. They can detect content.
