I have 16 GB purchased from local shop as 8 GB was too low for browsing on Firefox. Also RAM is essential for gaming and multitasking.

Go for HP, that has best quality in the world. Laptops from brands of Taiwan or China will break their motherboard if dropped from some height like from bed or table. Now days 16 GB RAM is quite common go, 2 years back when I purchased my new Laptop 8 GB was normal go.
Tell me brand and I give you suggestion. Can't give suggestion based on model.
Suggest me between asus and lenovo
Both are crap brands. They will break just by typing on them and if you drop them their motherboard will break.

To be honest I would give HP a wide berth, my daughters laptop kept powering off, turned out it was a faulty battery so I replaced it. I had the old one sitting on the side waiting to dispose of and it set its self on fire, HP weren't interested. I
Sorry to hear that, I stopped using HP´s consumer pc´s way back since they where having problems with overheating and burned motherboards. But I never had any problems with their workstations, they are in a different category of quality and price, than their consumer laptops.
It's like if you had a hot girl (Lenovo) wanting to bang you but instead you chose to sleep with a chimpanzee (HP).
I would agree HP were really good like 10 years ago but now most of them are normally pretty shit for low-quality parts in them often being the case and overheating and my last one broke after like 1 year compare it to my Asus or Acer which is over 10 years and work still pretty fast overall.
Yes, thats why I always buy the workstation models from HP nowadays, stopped using consumer grade laptops about 15 years ago.
