How true are these claims?

Hey guys been hearing a lot lately. Just want to verify how true these claims are:

1. Google page analytics rarely provides accurate results for Wordpress websites compared to Gtmetrix.

2. Kadence theme is faster than Astra and hello theme for elementor

3. When starting out with ranking a new site. These are the accurate steps to link building in this order: social signals ==> blog comments ==> web 2.0 ==>guest posts

4. Social syndication is the same as social signals

5. Google sees subdomains as different from the main domain

6. Copy and pasting images into a WordPress blog post has the same effect as downloading an image, uploading to media and inserting into the post

1. Not sure about that but just beneath the score there are details of errors & fixes. I just try to fix as many as possible and that always gives me 95+ both mobile & desktop. Most of the time it's the js scripts. Also CDN & properly configured cache helps.

2. Haven't used Kadence, but I have managed to gets 85-90 + for DIVI on shared hosting. By fixing the issues.

3. You can start with Web 2.0, Social shares & Bookmarks. Good for diversity. Quality guest posts and pbn contribute the real value for ranking.

4. Almost same as you share content linking back to your website in both cases.

2. Hello is fastest, there's nothing there, you are supposed to use elementor pro with it.
6. Depends where you copy from.
Copying from another website will create an image link to the image to that website. No image gets created on your website.
Copying from ms word will not copy image.
Copy from ms paint will copy and will have same effect as 6.
So copy image past to ms paint and then copy paste to your website.
Best way to copy whole bog is:
Copy a blog to ms word
Upload the .docx file to WordPress via a plugin (it's in wordpress.org)
Most of the stuff gets copied over. You will have to update the headings as all headings become para.
