Learn a useful, marketable skill you can do from home. Examples are programming, graphic design, and writing.
Go to a subreddit like /r/forhire or go to some freelancing site like freelancer/upwork

Axie Infinity is what a lot of people are doing in the Philippines. It has a high entry fee, but you can work with Yield Guild Games to get in for a portion of your daily returns. Last I checked they were yielding ~$20-$25/day within a month of starting for a few hours a playing a game daily. Hope it helps.

Destinyisgood gave you strong advice. Invest in yourself and learn a specific skill, maybe something you actually enjoy. Then market that skill for a specific amount per hour, maybe on the lower side so you can get work faster. Writing would be one example if you have decent English skills.

If you have a budget and can wait for a few months, then starting a site and monetizing it is the best option. If you're in a hurry, then you should work as a freelancer to get some savings for reinvesting in other projects.

Write 4 articles a day, charge $5 per article and you will make 20 a day. Now do not get lazy and start this ASAP.

find somthing you can do .. look on BHW market place .. contact seller ... offer subcontract.. do it for about 10 top sellers and you will be making nice fat stacks.

You can earn money by making accounts and making them old enough
For example Ebay accounts , list items make them old and you can sale that 100-150$ each.
For making accounts you need good quality proxies (4G recommended), anti-detect browser, phone numbers. For numbers you can use pvacodes.com or codesverify.
Same method goes for reddit, facebook marketplaces, ads account, instagram.
