I have used both solutions and a bunch of free and paid plugins, and I honestly think integromat.com is the best tool for this hands down, it has a free option that will allow you to completely see the reach of the solution, it will allow you to have WAY more control than any plugin and both of the solutions here posted and is way more flexible and powerful you can create complete complex process without a single line of code, the only con... there is little documentation and the support is NOT top-notch.
I've gotten banned a few times so just saying... Happens all the time. Social Media doesn't like automation tools..

Here's a suggestion: Auto posts can easily be detected, marked as spam and people get annoyed.
Since you already have the posts scheduled, skim through them, find the best matter out of the article and schedule a nicer-smaller version using apps like Buffer/Publer or something of that sort.
Link once in every 4-5 articles,
People won't get annoyed.
The account will get a lot more engagement.
SEO-wise, not every link will get a backlink but the conversion and traffic would be way more.

Might have to give that a try.
So far used IFFTT and SNAP. Snap just fucked up posts on random occasions when posting. Which meant i had to manualy check each post has reached the target destination and that the images are displaying well. Truly pissed me off as i had a few posts to schedule.
But i will give integromat a try.
Ifft worked best for me.

It has a feature that you can spin the content and edit the posting time.

i also used social auto poster and one plugin for jetpack which works pretty solid.
