Is there anyway to remotely restart this thing. I bought the 4 core 8gb but I cant even visit a website or anything like that. Sometimes it shows a desktop, sometimes a black screen. The only consistant thing is the connection bar at the top and there isn't anything I can do with it. It says the connection is good and that the whatever is enabled, but this thing cant even open internet explorer.

Can you tell me how you are connecting to it. I can't even open a webpage on the 4 core 8gb. I am using the Windows 10 built in remote desktop app to connect. If you have any tips please let me know. I feel like it's so bad that I must be doing something wrong.
 
Hello, just wanted to update my experience with this VPS. It works great! The problem I was having was with my host computers built-in remote desktop. I solved this from downloading the remote desktop app from the Windows app store. You can test this using your phone as well in the Play Store if you are having problems. It works very well with Android and iPhone as well. So if you're having problems, it's better to use an app to connect than the built-in whatever.

Works great, will probably downgrade and buy two more because it's more than I need and it works well with crypto games.
