Is there anyway somebody can help me with this, they suspended me without a single reason.

If you have not done anything BH you must appeal google ads team. Draft an well written email explaining the situation

Well, even if blackhat is done, STILL one must appeal an account suspension. I have had GAds accounts where I have done blackhat and still had a few of those GAds accounts reinstated. You said : Draft an email ? NO WAY !!! That is NOT the right way to appeal a GAds account suspension. The right and safest way is to fill the account suspension form and submit it. When we appeal GAds suspension by filling and submitting the form, it is NOT any human that goes through the appeal, but it is their algorithms that do that. But, if one sends an email to appeal suspension, it could attract human intervention and obviously reduce the chances of account reinstatement.

Register a new account, buy or rent. In blackhat, you will still not be able to work with one account.
