I bought a domain in Ali Clouds...However, the meaning behind the domain is not consist of my service. Where can I sell it ? Or how can I make use of it?

Check their refund policy. Different companies have different refund policies and timeframes to request a refund. I once bought a domain at GoDaddy and I somehow did not need that domain and I was within their 5 day refund timeframe and i requested and got a refund. Contact their support after checking their refund policies.

Some Registrars like Dynadot allow domain tasting. You can request for a refund if its within the grace period.
Not sure if AliClouds has the same policy.

if its a premium domain you can list in flippa or sedo ,if its not that useful you can giveaway in giveaway section in bhw

If refund is not possible - try to sell that here or on namepros, sedo and other marketplaces.
