If the seller is the one who is making you pay that extra $13.51, make sure to contact BHW's Staff member/Moderator for this matter, as i didn't saw that extra $13.51 on his BST/thread
the seller asks extra $13 on "private message" + hiding it by saying you're Canadian this seems fishy to me

No need to get defensive abiut the koney being too much.. i dont know ehere tou are located and this is the first time im charged tax for BHW purchase.. i agree with other poster there should be something in your sales page that mentions it.. anyways i have just purchased..Transaction ID: 9RT21849P7558474B.. again theres no need to get defensive.. if sales price says $103 and at checkout it turns to $113 i have every right to ask questions about the difference.. i bet even jeff bezos doesnt like paying extra penny if he doesn't have to
