Very true. I think that has destroyed the fiver's credibility. If they could come up with ways to verify skills or something like that... It would be the best platform for freelancers!

I am addressing the "without any skills" part : You can resell Fiverr gigs outside Fiverr. Example a Fiverr $5 gig for "abc" service, you rebrand the service as your own and resell the same for a higher price outside Fiverr. But, again bear in mind, doing that itself needs some skills.

Well I know for SEO gigs they make you take a knowledge test. Which is really just a test of how good you are at googling things.

The first thing is to start learning. You can try with web design, making logos or different designs. Then you can try to make your first website and start building your portfolio. After that, you can try to offer any Fiverr service.
