Hi everyone! I have a website in the health and wellness niche. It is new, but it has five articles on it and a back link from MSN. It also has a custom logo.

Sold as a starter website or for a PBN, what do you think this would be worth?

Under $100 if you're lucky and the web looks ok.

Try a similar website on Flippa

It has only five articles. If there aren't good domain metrics, you can get only the price of 5 articles.
Plus, the price of the domain. Some domains can be of a good value.

it's probably not worth thee hassle of selling it.

Keep hold, improve and build a beast!

Price of your website = Cost of domain + Cost of 5 articles + Cost of backlinks

Every other factor like web design, logos, themes & plugins etc. don't add up to the selling price. If you don't have any SERP rankings and traffic, then your site isn't worth much to anyone.

No one buys based on that. All need monthly monthly income from site before considering it.

The cost of domain is a constant. The costs of articles and backlinks are variables. When I said cost, I didn't mean the money OP spent on getting articles and links. For example, a site that has 200 natural links from Wikipedia has more value than the one which has $2k worth GSA SER links. Any potential buyer will always take these things into consideration before buying a site. I've seen many people fake monthly traffic and income to sell their sites for a huge amount. Many noobs fall for it too.

I meant that even if you spend $1000 on content and $2000 on links and the website is not making any money, no one is going to buy it just because it got links from good sites.

The value of backlinks is the whole point of buying expired domains. A lot of us buy these domains just because of backlinks without even knowing whether the previous owner made any money or not.

without income no one will not buy so well researched on it and work then plan t sell hope you will get good opportunity for flipping
