I am struggling to see how all these mum blogs seem to rank.
Amongst other things, the recipe seems to be -

Write only a couple of hundred happy words with exclamation marks.
Hotlink images of someone else's work with a short description.
Put a few external links at the end of the article.

Seems like thin content to me. What is the secret?

Is Betty from Scranton, Pennsylvania, building a secret PBN empire when she isn't homeschooling the 3 kids and making cute handmade collars for scruffs the dog?
Does the G algorithm have a soft spot for the demographic of middle-aged childbearing women?
Are none of them real and it's just people on here pretending to be housewives while they use black hat tactics?

Help me understand.

A lot of them do often have big pbn or other backlinks which backlink checking softwares can't find often find when I worked for one before she impressive pbn network she was getting run for her like 50,000 pbn domain set to help boost her ranking up.

A lot of them often have big network of other mums or ladies they get links from or they give back as well which helps a lot here as well.

That is more like personal blog and thus rank well.
By that logic, shouldn’t everyone make personal blogs instead of buying expensive seo services? I don’t think that’s the case. Also, what exactly do you mean by personal blog?

Thanks for the feedback. This does seem like the most logical answer.

Can ferrets set up a PBN network? I heard of a ferret before assisting in SEO in a Fortune 500 company.. still unsure how he helped though.. they seem to be capable of alot.

Interesting. I've mainly avoided linking out to other sites believing that it would pass on my link juice. Do you think having half a dozen external links on a post actually helps to rank?

Your're welcome Mum Bloggers are often smart or well connected for example one can't her name only thing I could tell she was a blonde Canadian woman and a sort of mum but in the Travel part of the SEO area she was meant to be making like $250,000 per years for Affiliate stuff and she has a giant Facebook group with like 200,000 members who she would often sell products too.

I am not lying or joking but if you look into things many of the richest men or women have ferrets in a lot cases such as in the past a King or Queen or someone from a noble bloodline would often have a ferret since ferrets were seen by some people as like status symbol showing of wealth or power they could help by keeping people entertained or robbing people so I guess for example big Drug dealer came into the business office if the ferret robbed him then the guy and ferret made like $200,000 of the drugs he stole for example purposes

I know a few mum & recipe blogs that link from a premium quality PBN.
Not the usual link farm type pbn these are real quality.

Most Mom blogs rely on Pinterest, isn't it? They don't need to do SEO, or organic traffic will come naturally, if there is.
The thing is, there are lots ranking really well in G's SERPs.

Most of bigger SEO's often have big network for sites for example I have friends all over who who give me links in the following countries for free such as

  1. Russia
  2. Ukraine
  3. Bulgaria
  4. Serbia
  5. China
  6. Japan
  7. Poland
  8. UK
  9. USA
  10. Canada
  11. India
  12. Pakistan
  13. France
  14. Italy
  15. Australia
  16. New Zealand
  17. Singapor
This is why I hardly ever buy backlinks often.

Nice! Forgetting the idea of link sharing, are you saying outbound links help? For example, the plugin Rankmath recommends adding outbound links to a post to raise its SEO score.

Mum blogs often have loads of outbound links, just wondering if this is actually a good thing (without the inbound).

Do you mean link out to other sites you don't own or have connections to?
