OK, here's my take. I have been creating and promoting adult products for around seven years now. In my experience you really want to move away from pornhub (I started off there and realised that the only people that made money from my work was pornhub). Get your own website together (onlyfans etc) and get your own subscription model in place. Reading through your notes, you might want to think about personalised products, people will pay A LOT. From my experience, I get more by focusing on my 1,000 or so dedicated followers and repeatedly offering them new products etc...than I do going for the mass numbers. Promotion, twitter and Reddit definitely...ever thought about doing a confessional story and releasing it as an ebook...or maybe podcast interviews. Youtube and I have a love hate relationship...they will suspend me every few weeks, and then reinstate me again, I'm pretty sure because my works is extremely popular. There's a load more but I'm not gonna give away all my secrets...
