He should actually upgrade to a Moderator.

He said no fraud... appparently upgrading himself to premium membership would be fraudulent because money is involved.
I think upgrading to a Moderator would be legit since there's no fee involved.

I'm not trying start a discussion here but have you thought of the idea just upgrading yourself to Jr VIP, and offering it as a service?
If the "sites" you can upgrade to a premium status is in demand, naturally you will have customers.

If your method isn't fraud or illegal, then that wouldn't be an issue for the BST.
If it is, then this JV is also breaking the TOS.

What I see here in your JV is you have a sure-fire method, but you don't have a platform, well BHW marketplace is a good platform to begin any IM dream
