Can you advise a permanent proxy I should use? I use Private Internet Access but the IP I use can also be used by other people utilizing the service, and I assume this is what is getting it banned? Do I need to purchase a dedicated private IP from PIA, and if so, how many facebook accounts can I use for that one private IP?

Is instagram any easier? Should I just switch to Instagram?
