Maybe a bit simple but I would go with their noodles since they can put basically anything in them such as

3. Chicken
4. Pork

I have another suggestion I forgot to mention.

Chinese fried dace fish with salted black beans in a can.

It might not be the most favored fish globally, but it has a strong flavor and tastes great.
It's also good with fried rice.
