How to properly value your dropshipping store?

Hey there! So I have an old store (year old) , that did like 16k in 2 months, not much, but there is email list and customers in the fitness niche that can easily be used. Wanted to know, how much I could sell it for? Im sure it is worth something, so please don't say it's worthless. Would be cool to see some real, helpful answers.

I heard this somewhere: Take the yearly income of the business, divide it by 12 months, and then multiply that (average monthly income) by 6.

Let's say you made 150k in sales over the last year. 150k/12*6 = 75k

(just throwing this out there, you can sell you business for anything you'd like)
