Yes, currently there are 89 Elite (high anonymous) proxies from the US in my list. The number will vary from hour to hour. If you've read the thread then you know that these are NOT private proxies, and thus I have no control over how many will be in the list at any one time.

I signed up for your $2 test. Will pm you the paypal it's coming from.

This sounds great and would be a huge spread of IPs when doing small things sporadically like I do. I'm going to try the $2 trial.

Wow that was fast. This service is great -- I'll be a user for a while.

Although not every proxy is always working, my software just tries again (i'm doing some social bookmarking account creation and submission with bookmarkwiz now).

This is great because it should provide a much bigger spray of IP addresses over time. Much faster than the crap I was using before!

+rep for mrankin. Good idea and usage of automation tools on your end.

How long do they live in average? hours or days?

Hi,

$10/mo for 150+ available IP proxies is dirt cheap. However, I'm wondering if lagado.com proxy detector is equal or better to other proxy detector as mentioned in my post regarding several sites who have the proxy detector script that can detect the proxy IP address easily.

It's hard to work out an average. Some proxies have been going for weeks, some days - but I'd say around 50% of them last an hour or less. This is why my list updates constantly, not just every hour like other services. My list also tells you how long it was since each proxy was last tested.

It's better IMO largely due to the information it provides you about the connection you have made. This makes it easier to determine if a proxy is transparent, anonymous or elite. It's worth noting that every proxy checker I have used with my list will give different results. I use Lagado as it simply examines the connections itself and gives you the relevant results from that connection for you to draw your own conclusion from. I have offerfed to buy their script, but they won't release their code, and thus I pay them a monthly fee to use their service the way I do (150,000+ queries per day!)

UPDATE - Due to increased costs, price will go up to $12.50 per month from February 1st 2010

There are still 21 spots remaining and existing customers will remain at the $10.00 rate.

They should work fine with Facebook. Here's a super quick run down on the types:

1. Transparent proxies. These announce themselves to the website that they are a proxy and also provide all details about the person using the proxy (IP etc). Basically they are useless.

2. Anonymous proxies. These also announce themselves as being a proxy, but to not reveal your details to the website (IP etc.)

3. Elite or High anonymous proxies. These do not announce themselves as proxies, and websites will see the traffic as if it came from a real person, not a proxy. These are the most useful for BH purposes.
