Youtube Channel Growth

Hello,

I need to grow a youtube channel and I know that videos need views and engagments but I dont have time to manage all of that, buying views, ads campaign, SEO, so I wanted to know if there're people here or on the marketplace (I didnt see this service) who don't just sell youtube views but know how to grow a channel, buying views, backlinks for search engine ranking, managing ad campaigns to gain engagement as well, and are used to do it and can estimate the budget needed to reach the point where the channel could get views and natural subscribers from youtube?

Or where I could look for service like that? Could I find expert like that on Upwork?

I haven't seen who offers such a service, but I'm sure someone does somewhere. Just a warning though: It will be very expensive and the likelihood of being happy with the results is slim, even with a high price tag. My advice for you would be to learn everything you possibly can about what needs to be done to achieve your specific goals on Youtube. Study and soak it all in until you know exactly how to do it on your own. Then, hire out various parts of the job to people who are qualified to perform those specific tasks. It will still be expensive, but at least you'll cut your chances of being ripped off way down.

Post your request in WTB or HAF sections and you will get offers to get this done. From my experience, what you need to focus on are quality content, proper video optimization, and the last which address part of what you need - promotion. Depending on your niche, organic and boosted promotions could work

Thank you for your good advices, you're right the thing is I dont even know what "level" I need to reach so the videos will be shown to Youtube users and not stay in youtubes limbo, do you know any recent online course with up-to-date informations that could help me figure that out?
I work with someone who is making good quality content in business/sales field, and as you say the ideal would be to understand the methods and requirements, to directly hire people for specific tasks and objectives.

We would like to avoid people that are just reselling views 20x more expensive, but at the same time get an accelerated learning, if there is a paying guide somewhere about Youtube growth it would interest me a lot

Your best bet would be YT ads to control your ad spend (you could hire someone to do your ad campaign).
If videos are good, you'll just need an initial push to get traction to your channel and then leave it to grow on its own.
