Please don't work on cpalead, cpagrip, adworkmedia, mylead. I used to work on those sites and was making $0.05per day. And after that I changed to cpabuild(so easy to get approved) and started making $2 per day with same traffic. Cpabuild itself shaves so much but still better than cpalead, cpagrip...

I don't know of any CPA networks that approve instantly but CPABuild has been pretty quick.
Just make sure you are not using a VPN like I did by mistake otherwise you will be disapproved.
If you're looking for adult then LosPollos or Adverten, but you will be contacted by a manager before you get access to the offers.

Got approval from cpahub , but not instant. Here are the happenings in chronological order:
1) Applied for the network
2) got suspension email
3) got an email why don't you log in to your account?
4) I replied I can't log in because I can't log in.
5) Got reply your account is not approved because my skype is not correct, so add me to skype
6) added manager to skype and said hai
7) asked whats your traffic sources
8) told blogging and paid traffic, gave links to blog
9) asked which vertical i said adult dating
10) approved.

I used my domain email to signup.
They send me a list of questions to answer and asked me to send a pic holding my id.
I didn't even reply to the email.
Got approval email after 24 hrs.
So ya guys use domain email to signup, not gmail.
Instant approvals so far:

CPABuild will most likely not approve you. I'm not sure about the other networks but I think that would be the same case.

Try cpalead instead as they do daily payouts, which if true is insane. No one is doing it.
