What ADNETWORK Does this site use? Anybody know?

it was called topstreams.com or whatever and basically, he would have ads put on top of a blank video player and you would have to click on 3 pop-ups and then a sports stream would load. What ad networks allow you to do this because I know damn well google AdSense doesn't allow this. Literally, a textbox saying 3 ads remaining then 2, then 1, and then you would be able to click and watch the stream. If you know of any networks that allow these types of ads/ deceptive practices please let me know. Looking everywhere for one where I can post a video player and place ad over the player so people have to click the ad in order to watch the video.

Adsense does do like this kind of ads, that you have to click 'close' if you want to go the page you want to go to

thats vignette ads it’s different im talking about when you click on a image you get redirected to an advertisers page
