Content Lockers for Copyright Stuff

Came across an idea that would work well with content locking.

I was just wondering if places like ogads allow copyright content? I know they technically do not for legal reasons, but are you generally able to get away with it or are you always inevitably going to get banned at some point?

For example, say you lock e-books of real books selling on Amazon.

Will you inevitably get banned or do these content locker networks such as ogads not care so long as you do not bring it to their attention?

I wouldn't think an affiliate manager would say that you're able to use copyright content? That seems like a big legal issue.

Just do it. Most likely you wont have any trouble if you are sharing low profile authors (not famous).
