I'm in a niche where the DMCA claims are justified, but I don't think my website is breaking any law since I don't host or link to any copyrighted content, just to a content locker.

This is the layout I am using (I am not in the movie niche, it's another niche but similar format)

It's a bot because I got many different DMCAs and most of them don't even include all the details they should but Google keep deindexing my URLs... Is there anything I can do? Am I breaking any law?

If this is true, you are breaking the law.
Does this matter? Depends if it matters in the country you live in.

You cant do anything about it, changing urls might help.

or where your server is.

maybe get a bulletproof server and domain who ignore DMCA

His problem is not with the hosting, his problem is Google is de-indexing his pages because of DMCA complaints, changing hosting will not help here.

Well, DMCA claims are justified in other sites that are actually offering copyrighted content but I am not offering it. Again, I don't link or host any copyrighted content, the download buttons go to a locker where users can't get anything (it's just a loop of infinite CPA offers).

I don't have issues with my hosting (off-shore) or my domain provider, but Google keeps deindexing URLs, and obviously, I'm getting less traffic.
