I have 20 years in this and I would say, the famous super-tough niches gambling/porn/binary/pharma head terms are tough, but, once you know what you are doing its just budget.
I would say the near impossible ones are those that google has middle manned and destroyed, hotel/flights near dead due to google theft of the markets.

100% Agreed. If you have like 6 figures to invest in these niches you can succeed. But only if you know what you are doing.
