Well, I would say next step is to start writing and post regularly.
Make sure to learn on-page SEO, that's the basic and one of the most important factors. Without proper On-page SEO you won't benefit much from other things you do.

After that, start building your backlinks potrfolio and diversify it best to your ability or budget.

well, you need to post content now, and then index it in google by submitting a sitemap to your GSC. Until all these steps are done you should not start building backlinks.

So, go ahead and create 10-20 quality posts that are well optimized, then create a sitemap and submit it to GSC and wait for those posts to get indexed. You can speed them up if you have a good indexer but most indexers don't work so well nowadays, so keep this in mind! Everyone wants to rank faster, but unless you have a lot of money to spend on google ads or spamdexing you won't rank fast.

keyword planner doesn't show you the competition, mate. It just shows how many advertisers pay for google ads, but you want to know how many people try to rank for your keywords, not how many buy google ads

To find the competition for your keywords you need to use tools like ahrefs, mangools, etc

i am using google keyword planner tools, and yes low competitive

using google keyword planner you won't able to determine the competition properly. You should start using Ahrefs
