I tried creating an account on the higher logic community platform but they haven’t approved my account.

I’m guessing the method involves uploading a pdf on higher logic somehow as the file is stored on their database which is in AWS (higherlogicdownload.s3.amazonaws.com) instead of using your own bucket. Can be wrong but that is what I have gathered so far.

Making the bucket is easy but it's not just that. The ''higher logic download'' does not appear on your bucket. I think i have to create a file on both higher logic site and on Amazon AWS, but the question is how?

I don't use PBN or GSA. Normally I check the backlink for already ranking parasites and simply copy their backlinks. This works great for me

You might be right; they're probably using HigherLogic's upload mechanism to distribute content, which is subsequently stored on their AWS S3 subdomain. That is to say, the bucket belongs to them, not to you. Prioritize getting access (perhaps through an edu-email) before uploading your asset. For more clarity, watch walkthroughs of REST APIs.
