Creating my own SM panel for my local area

Hello BHW,

So i've been using panels for a long time and i decided to create one for my tiny country and rank it on google with SEO.

What is missing is the how, i know everything related to UI/UX, hosting, SEO, domains, marketing,... but i don't know the process behind the panel back-end. i know that i can take an API from another panel and use it if i want to create my own but i'm missing lot of dots.

Is there a thread somewhere on here explaining in details how things happen? What is the cost of creating the panel?

Can someone guide me please.

Cuz i rank #1 with few articles and some backlinks and dominate the market in my local country. Very easy, + few to no competitors. My people are kinda "New" to social media in a whole so it would create a brand here.

Am i allowed to change the price of the service and make my own profit? like if IG likes is 2$/k am i allowed to sell it at 5$/k on my own panel? and make that 3$ profit on each order.

Got more concerns that i sent to perfectpanel but i would like to hear your answers guys if possible:
- How does the payment from client actually work? Imagine a client added 10$ to his funds on my panel via crypto or paypal, What happens next, i use his paid money and i allocate funds to his panel account? or there is some kind of system that does that and collectthe money, because logically i shouldn't be able to distribute funds and let people just buy whatever they want.
- Can i custom design my panel and then integrate the services in it? i mean i want to make a panel with impressive UI/UX design with animation and all that stuff that i will be doing outside perfectpanel, i just want to integrate the services into the website and sue the APIs and features there.

Guys i am not understanding something, who pays the provider?

My audience prefers manual payments, so when i receive it manually, i have to add funds to his account, but my concern is from where i should get these funds to give him? is there a place i get the funds from before i distribute to the customers after they pay or i can give unlimited funds as much as i want depending on who and how much i get paid?

perfectpanel said to me i can give out unlimited funds.

So if i added 10$ to someone after he paid me, and he orders with his 10$. How does the provider makes his profit?

What happens if i added like 1000$ to someone without him paying and he goes and spend it all, how does the provider get his money after providing the service.

And is my ROI here 100% or i am mistaken? if i get a payment and just add funds for the user to use and i dont pay the provider anything that's not 100% profit?
