So I have used their services for 2 months now .. invested more than 20 dollars

I have used YT services, which are fine but they drop around 10-15 %

secondly .. their support is very poor ... They didn't care to respond to the concerns or respond very late

My few orders got cancelled, their refund hasn't been credited yet.
Secondly, they mark some orders as complete without completing them fully. So I raise a ticket in support, but they don't rely on support.

if anyone from sponsor global is seeing this post, kindly provide support to customers who constantly support & investing in your services.

Hello , thank you for taking time and write your review ,
First i would like to tell that only cheap servers have 5% drop , also we trying to give SUGGEST Views which is the best in market.

Second regarding the refund the panel work 100% Automatic if the order canceled/partial it will return the money to your balance ,

Third and the most important that your was wondering about completed without adding all , its cuz that your video got deleted ! When the video removed or deleted the sever mark the order as completed.

I would like to answer anymore question on our support ticket , so please send me a ticket with your orders you are wondering about.

my friend, first of all, none of my videos were got deleted or got private. You can again check the links.

I am always appreciating your panel .. and recommend the same to the providers to use your services

The only concern is support which is not up to the mark.

If I were able to get support, I would have never come here to tag you and complaint,

You people have done a great job.

Please help the customers who are investing in your panel & resolve their queries at the earliest.
