Hi, Gems, if there is a country where PayPal doesn't operate, can we make a PayPal account in that country?. If the answer is yes, let me know the method.

That's my main problem. I want to use PayPal. Is it worth to purchase pay pal account. I heard that PayPal will block your account if your purchase account

When I was in a country that didn't accept Paypal. Here is what I did legally acceptable.

Create a business PayPal. Because as a business PayPal holder you can be in another country for business so your have more leverage.

You can do somethings am individual PayPal cannot.

You can add your local phone no for verification and you can add your local bank card and the system accept it.

What you cannot do is operate with the IP in your unacceptable country.

So what to do. Get a RDP in acceptable country for example UK.

Create account with real details your name and everything. When asked for ID give them your passport, verify with card.

Get transferwise and add for withdrawal.

There you go safe and clean.

Give them a call.

So theyll accept the non-supported country address? Dont they run the addresses through some database to confirm it actually exists? But then if youre from a non-supported country maybe they cant check, and they reject it.

As per what you've mentioned, it is understood that you may be in country "A" and Paypal does not operate in country "A", but while being in country "A", you want to create a Paypal account of another country (in which Paypal does operate).
Yes, that is possible and these are called "stealth" accounts and nowadays to have a workable and functioning "stealth" Paypal account, the "stealth" Paypal account has to be farmed gradually and effectively. Kindly do not PM me regarding this, as what I have shared is quite self-explanatory and to know more about it, please kindly do your own research.

I'm currently using PP acc from a country where doesn't operate. I do not use a proxy or any other IPhidding services. For now, it's okay (~5 months of usage).
I created it via my friend's ID, name, phone from another country.

Step two - Sign up, search for real address (Anyone Will do)
Step 3 - Go to https://dashboard.smscodes.io/ , Sign up and buy Bitcoin on $5 in the account.
Step 4 - Go back to PayPal for your verification - It requires just the number of Lesotho to get confirmed.
Step 5- Navigate to Use service for sms on smscodes.io to get Lesotho number and confirm with PayPal.

The great is this, you can always reuse the numbers again if any need for confirmation comes up. This is what I use for one of my paypals and I just finish using it to pay someone right now.

If you want something long-term, then you will need a legit offshore business (Estonia is a very good place if you want something quick with moderate taxes and very little bureaucracy, check their marketplace for business registration and address, also gives you access to Stripe), take in mind that even then PayPal might limit you and do something sketchy, you might want to look for Authorize.net, 2checkout or something simailr

I wouldn't recommend a stealth paypal account today, very unstable, many account sellers commit identity theft (very illegal) and they generally don't last long, too much headache compared to what it was back in 2012-2014, all of what you read online about opening a stealth account online is just a bait to gain views, likes or it is an old tutorial.

It doesn't, RDP has a datacenter IP (low trust) and it will get you limited very fast,
especially if you don't know what you are doing
