If you have a new website, then getting "that first traffic" is never an easy job.

The shitty sandbox period:
Most of the websites go thru a term named "SANDBOX PERIOD."
Sandbox period means- google will not rank your website in the top positions for a few months.

How long is the sandbox period:
The sandbox period is different for different niches. In some niches- sandbox period exists for three months. In some other niches- sandbox period exists for six months.
In some famous niches- this period can exist even for a year. But most of the time- it exists for 3-6 months.

Getting that "first traffic" on your website:
Googgle sends traffic to a new website "gradually."
Google will never send a new website "thousands of traffic" in a few days.
If you have made a new website and are doing a few things right then- you will get "some traffic" from google...
If people stick to your website, then google will eventually rank you for more keywords and send you more traffic.
I want to say that once you get "that first traffic" on your website, you can say that your SEO is on the right path and everything starts falling into the right place then.

Tips that will help you get traffic on your website in as low as 30 days - Break thru the SANDBOX period:
Suppose that you want to rank for the keyword "lipstick."
So now you have to - find keywords that include "worst" OR "selfie" or "avoid" or "fraud" in it.

For example:
you have to find keywords like these
# worst lipstic brands
# lipstic selfie
# lipstick brands to avoid
# lipstick fraud

If you post articles on keywords like those on your website, then there are high chances- you will rank extremely fast on google without making any backlink.
People usually write about "BEST LIPSTICK BRANDS" on their website.
No one wants to write for "worst lipstick brands" coz that will not get you any sales.

Similarly-
An article like "lipstick selfie" will not get you sales, but this article will rank fast. And you will see traffic fast on your website.

Remember- if you rank for "worst lipstick," - your website will start ranking for your other money keywords quickly too.

Remember- once you rank for keywords like those- you will build some "topical authority" for your keyword too.
This time- you are getting some traffic from googgle and now googgle will not hesitate to send you more traffic (given you have not put shitty content on your website for those keywords).

Here is a little motivation for you guys:

I have similar more cases where my website started getting like 100 traffic using a single selfie keyword.
Thank you for reading.

great share @Aim100IM

also another trick is to send links to the domain before you even register it or do anything with it. quality links and typical foundation links do a soon-to-be domain well. in fact, your links would actually be perfect this :)

i learned this from a well respected and knowledgable seo @BassTrackerBoats

tested it myself as i was skeptical. domain is up and running and i never experienced any type of sandbox with it.

If you can post something very unique, a topic or post not available quality information on more than 5 website. Then the period called sandbox is only for one day.

Have you experimented with other trigger words like these?
Would love to see insights from GSC.

People call many things "foundation links". What are they for you?

Basically, any type of long-tail keywords should do the work,
this method makes it kinda easier tho, good one!

Sandbox actually means that your site does not appear anywhere in the SERPs, not just top positions because you wouldn't rank there anyway.

Profile links, forum links, web 2.0 links.

Useless crap that you can get from any Rankerx blast or links that are being sold in the SEO packages section (mostly).

Somehow these links have been named as the "foundation links" for whatever reason but I suspect that it's just because Google won't punish you anymore for these links, nor are they very helpful to rank and are very easy to acquire.

let me clear, you just get the "first traffic from google" from long tail keyword, may be not relevant in the product/niche, and after that, google will crawl more from your website and you can publish more articles, right?

Can you explain how does this work . I have just registered a domain . That's it and have done nothing on it yet . What can I do to not experience sandbox .

@BassTrackerBoats Please help me out if you have any ideas
