I'm looking for an article writer and Rewriter. I'm new to this so here's what I need. I need a great article writer and rewriter that can write 100% unique article that will get a lot of traffic on google and AC. I will pay 1.00 for every 500 words. For rewrites I will pay 0.40 every 250 words. Please post here if you're interested.

If you're doing this for the AC method, then this is not the best place to hire for a writer/rewriter. You can't find a writer for under a $1 per article with 100% uniqueness. Try at GAF.
