Maybe it's not low competition as you thought. If you're on page 8-9 I don't think you're part of the competition. I'd say you're not anywhere part of search result.

Compare your site to those on the very first page, do exactly what they're doing. Either with your own site or make use of a parasite if you want to try that spam type of shit.
