So, I was trading some shitcoins and I noticed that there is someone taking more coins out than putting in. This guy uses his custom smart contracts to somehow trick PancakeSwap router and is able to sell more coins than he bought.

It has something to do with buy and sell transactions in the same block. It somehow tricks Router contract thinking, the price went up, and then withdrawing the same amount of coins for more BNB.

Did I get it right - it's in the same block, because the transaction did not even happen? Is this similar to a rejection due to low gas fees in Metamask?

On the other hand, is it also possible to develop a real bot that searches for many hundreds of tokens whose price is currently going up? And then makes a milisecond trade (even if with small profits like $20-50)? I have seen PancakeSwap bots, but for new coins for which liquidity was just added.

I dont think I got it right... but...

On the exchange, is a trade worth 100 $TOKEN = 10$
The trader then sends a buy for 200$ Tokesns at = 10.01$
While also selling 100 Tokens at $9.99
