Could you explain how "it's indexed in another language"?
If the page is showing as indexed in a different google domain or country, then it's completely normal, just give it some time and it will show in others

Please disavow all URLs (other language pages only ) Then remove the site map also. After that create a new sitemap and re summit it. Hope it will work.
