USA Adsense account US Tax Info Update problem

Hello,
on my Adsense account (which is USA address verified) I had update my united State tax info as a non-resident of the US. and AdSense ask for document upload I had uploaded my password, driving license, and Pan card of my county. but Adsense did not approve my tax info. is there anyone who can help me?

They approve another account for me on the same blog so I have removed the USA account and forget the earning anyway..

Did you reach out to them through the adsense forum or simply remove your website from the USA AdSense account and create a new one?
