Hi,
After I added my own money and placed my order, I am having a very bad experience for months now with the service.

It has been months with your support and I have been just back and forth without a propoer answer and denyed delivery of the services that I have ordered and paid for.

My orginal order was changed and de-gradade to a lower service without informing me.
order id 18030 , dated - 2021-06-12

Latest TicketID - 830

I expect to receive the service I have paid for, not some degraded and lowered version of it. Not to mention the months of waiting and wasting time with the support teams.

Can you please act and deliver.

Hello , we appreciated your time for adding your review , First if you read our thread that we written clearly the services is affected with updates , and can be disabled or price change , but in your case we told you that cuz there was delaying send you the subs so we speed it up for you , i dont know why dont like while we trying to speed up your order and help you ! I can understand if we dont want to help you with your order to be not satisfied , but we speeding up your order so why angry ? And about 20 subs daily the server is affected and stopped sending so we changed it to another server that more speed also monetize , We also removed that service cuz of inactive issue and this affect all customers not only you.

I appreciated your understanding and you can replay to the ticket if you need anything.

The reason I dont want your '"speed up" of 200 subs addeded daily is that I want to gradually build up the total number.
I ordered for the service of 20 subs daily, which would have gradually increased the total number.

You changed my order to a different low price service becasue your serviceID 1390 is similar to what I orignally ordered.

If you had to chage my original order for any reason, your serviceID1390 would be the match of my orginal order.

Can you replace my original order with your serviceID1390 rather than the current change to your serviceID219 ?
