I have published a lot of copyright Videos on my new channel and getting organic traffic. My question is When my channel will have reached 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 Watch Time hours then can I able to monetize my channel. If I will get monetization I should not publish any copyright video after that. What's your opinion?

It's usually the other way round
Produce original content first just so you can get monetized. It will be hard getting monetized with stolen content.
Once you're partnered, you might get away with those videos here and there.

If you just repost copyrighted videos then you will not be monetised. however if you add value to it by giving voiceover, edits etc then it can be monetised
